You can walk to restaurants, night clubs, public market and the famous Baclaran Church.

$125.00 OR P6,000 (EQUIVALENT OF 5 DAYS OCCUPANCY)

16 DAYS TO 30 DAYS

$250.00 OR P12,000 (EQUIVALENT TO 10 DAYS OCCUPANCY)

PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING:

TERMS AND CONDITION:

1.RESERVATION DATE CAN ONLY BE CHANGED WITHIN 3 DAYS AFTER POSTING AND WILL DEPEND UPON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE CONDO UNIT.

2.IN CASE OF CANCELLATION, THE RESERVATION FEE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY FORFEITED FOR LOSS CHANCES OF ACCEPTING OTHER RESERVATIONS. 

3. CHECKING OUT WITHOUT FINISHING THE AGREED NUMBER OF DAYS RESERVED WILL AUTOMATICALLY FORFEIT THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID.

4. FULL RENTAL PAYMENT SHOULD BE PAID ON THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL.

5.SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $100 OR P5,000 WILL BE COLLECTED ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL.  

HOW TO PAY RESERVATION:

E mail the dates you want the condo unit to be reserved to mablira@yahoo.com or calldcgo@aol.com to confirm its availability on the dates you wanted.

Pay the reservation fee depending on the number of days you want to reserve. (deductible from your final bill) by any of the following methods:

1. Online through paypal(read paypal.com information in the website). This is being use by E Bay and other commercial establishment .

2. Send money transfer by western union contact  MIKE 09278470882 / 3621143

3. For viewing request must set an appointment depending on the condo units availability and must send photocopy of passport or any government issued ID to email mablira@yahoo.com


REQUIREMENTS

3. Reservation deposit of at least P3,600 or $75.00. (depending on the number of days) Reservation fee will be deducted to your final bill.

4.SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $100 OR P5,000 (refundable upon checkout)
